What exactly is The Guilt-Free RESULTS™ System?

There are loads of books and seminars on accomplishing goals. I’ve read many of them. By combining the strategies I’ve learned from private study and my corporate background with coaching, I was able to accomplish many of my own BIG goals, including starting a successful coaching business! But after the birth of my son in December of 2005, a whole new challenge emerged.

I LOVED the work I was doing, and desired to do more to grow my business AND I fell completely in love with my son and motherhood; so much more than I ever could have expected. I soon found myself feeling a little guilty when I took time away from him and the family for business. And when I spent time with my family, I found myself feeling guilty and stressed about all the work still sitting in my inbox. It quickly became clear that great results weren’t enough if I felt stressed, overwhelmed, and guilty in the process.

I noticed I wasn’t the only one struggling to achieve some big goals AND maintain harmony at home. Other professional women I met while speaking or networking expressed similar challenges. They were taking care of everyone else at the expense of themselves. They had BIG goals they struggled to achieve. Inspiration Calls
Participating Membership Levels:  Business, Elite & Premium Members

Format: These short calls are designed to provide support, accountability and inspiration on a weekly basis to maintain focus and momentum. The structure of the call is simple: Just call in, and state your commitment along with your completion date. Then call back in every week to update us on your progress.

Each member will have a maximum of five minutes to check in with wins AND to state commitments for the coming week.


Guilt-Free RESULTS Curriculum Calls
Participating Membership Levels:  Business, Elite & Premium Members

Format:  A detailed review of each step of my 7-step Guilt-Free RESULTS System.  Included for most steps are associated notes or exercises posted on the member's only site.  On-topic questions, comments, and participation is strongly encouraged.  These classes will begin with an overview and explanation of the materials and member discussion. We will then talk about application of the topic followed by member Q&A.


Open Group Coaching Calls
Participating Membership Levels:  Business, Elite & Premium Members

Format: This is the place for you to get expert coaching, ask strategic questions or request brainstorming (and by "brainstorming" I mean a storm of ideas, suggestions and tips from myself and other GFRA Group Members). To get your question or request addressed on the call, all you have to do is show up and let me know you would like coaching or have a question. Questions will be answered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Each participant is invited to pose a question, and may also include a short statement contextualizing the issue. This is not the place for story-telling, marketing message development, or a laundry-list of questions. Those are better done either on the curriculum calls or in a private 1:1 session.


Advanced Business Strategies Calls
Participating Membership Levels:  Elite & Premium Members

Format: These calls feature either an interview with an expert or new information on topics that business owners have specifically requested, such as Social Media, Pricing, Technology, Mindset, Managing by the Numbers, and other advanced business strategies. Calls will begin with a topic overview and guest expert interview or short lecture, followed by member Q&A. On-topic questions, comments, and participation are strongly encouraged.


Open Office Hours Calls

Format:  A new membership privilege exclusively for Elite and Premium members!  Elite and Premium members may call in for a quick call of up to fifteen minutes during my Office Hours days.
